Refund policy

At Neerathi Art Essentials, we take great care in packing and delivering premium-quality art tools. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Returns (Only for Damaged / Wrong Products)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item different from your order

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof (Very Important)

To be eligible for a return, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The video must follow these rules:

  • Recording must start before opening the package

  • The entire sealed box must be clearly visible at the beginning

  • The video must be continuous from start to end

  • There must be no cuts, edits, or pauses in the video

  • The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible

  • All items inside the package must be shown clearly in the same video

❗ If the video is cut, edited, unclear, or does not show the full sealed box at the start, the return request will not be accepted under any circumstances.

⏰ Return Request Time

You must raise a return request within  2 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing video (as per rules above)

  • Photos of the product showing the issue

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is used

  • The product is damaged by the customer

  • Request is raised after 48 hours

  • No proper unboxing video proof is provided

  • The video has cuts or does not show the sealed box at the start

  • You simply do not like the product

🔁 Replacement Policy

If your return is approved, we will send a replacement product.
We do not provide refunds for damaged/wrong items — only replacements.

💰 Refund Policy (If Replacement Not Available)

Refund will be processed only if the replacement item is out of stock.

In such cases, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, our team will arrange the return pickup. Please do not send the product back on your own.
